Digital pattern making

Advanced Cutting

Cutting is carried out using automated systems, both single-ply cutting for maximum accuracy on delicate or complex materials, and multi-ply cutting to optimise productivity and processing times. Material preparation

Each garment undergoes a final quality control inspection, ensuring precision in workmanship, compliance with customer specifications, and adherence to the required quality standards. The process continues with professional garment pressing, labelling, folding where required, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
